I work collaboratively with my clients, and get to know them as individuals. All of my programs start with a plan and vision. I have created tools and a system that I refer to as a Design Your Reality Experience. This is the first step to ensure we know your WHY, and your Vision. Then we can work toward an actionable plan to get you there.

Tracy Teskey
Hi, I’m Tracy — and I believe every woman deserves to feel financially confident, independent, and secure.
I was born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, and even as a little girl I was more interested in “playing business” than Barbies. I loved calendars, office supplies, and organizing life. That early love of planning grew into a lifelong passion for designing a life with intention.
In my twenties, you could often find me at my home office desk on a Friday night — glass of wine in hand — updating my net worth spreadsheet. I didn’t want to waste a single penny of interest as I worked through student loans and credit card debt. That’s where my spreadsheet obsession (and financial independence mindset) truly began.
After a 25+ year career in telecommunications — including senior leadership roles — I knew I wanted to create something bigger and more personal. In 2019, I started planning my transition from corporate life to the business I run today: Design Your Reality.
✨ Why Design Your Reality?
Because I’ve lived it. Over the last 20 years, I’ve made tough life decisions, built a home in Costa Rica, grown a rental property portfolio (six properties and counting), and created a life that’s aligned with my values. I know the courage and clarity it takes — and I love guiding others through that process.
Today, I combine my love of spreadsheets + planning tools with real-world rental property expertise to help women:

- Build confidence and independence
- Own their first of hopefully many rental properties with ease
- Learn how to design and live a life they truly want
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me skiing, e-biking, dancing ballet, or floating in the sea on my travels across Europe, Asia, Australia — and back home in Ontario’s lakes.
